Boy do we love Prairie Artisanal Ales' delicious sours! One of our favorite desserts has been transformed by them into a delectably smooth sour beer for your enjoyment...so enjoy it!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is a sour beer featuring (you guessed it) pineapples, cherries, pecans, and yellow cake. Mmmmmm, mmm! We'll even serve you the can upside down, upon request.

Covid Update: We offer all products, both food and drink, to-go. Beer can be ordered in person, calling in, or on our online ordering system (click Craft Beer link for updated inventory and link to order). We have additional staff on-site to maintain social distancing, enforcing our strict mask policy, and ensuring cleaning protocols are administered.
