Zach, our very own Chicago-transplant and bartender extraordinaire, came to us with a vision of a Chicago themed event to showcase some of the food and beer that makes the Windy City so great! And thus, Chicagopalooza was born! Come by July 8 - 10 for our very own take on the Taste of Chicago with Chicago themed dishes from the food trucks and a stellar lineup of beers from Chicago based breweries on draft and in cans!

Food Lineup:

• Jibarito - Puerto Rican sandwich popularized in Chicago. Poke Kai's own unique version features poke tuna, mayo, cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomato between a flattened, fried green plantain.

• Pizza Ball - a snack size version of Chicago's flagship export with a twist from Ceylon Hut. Fried dough filled with pepperoni and cheese with red dipping sauce.

• Chicago Dog - Steak It Easy is serving up the iconic frankfurter topped with pickle, onions, tomato, relish, mustard, and no ketchup!

• Windy City Smash - Korgette is giving a vegan twist to this regionally perfected burger style featuring two smashed patties, cheese, crispy onions, pickled jalapeño, shreddy letty, and special sauce.

• Chicago Shake - Chocolate shake topped with two of the Windy City's most popular creations: a brownie and caramel cheddar popcorn, in that true indulgent style you expect from Dulce Pecado.
