Do you have what it takes to be named A La Cart's Smash Battle Champion?
We had SO much fun at this year's Mario Kart Tournament, we knew we had to bring back the gaming fun as soon as it was dark enough! We will have the projector out in our courtyard connected to the Nintendo Switch for some heart-pounding excitement.
Here are the deets:
Entry is $10 for 10 - 20 year old participants and includes entry into the tournament and a soda. Entry is $15 for 10 - 20 year old participants and includes entry into the tournament and one draft beer $8 or less.
Trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes. 21+ bracket will also get a mixed 4-pack of Tropical Flamingos and Welcome Home Frankie.
Event will start at 6:00pm sharp with the first round of battles for 10-20 year olds. Upon completion of the awards ceremony, we will begin the battle for the 21+ brackets. (estimated at 7:30pm)
Minimum of 4 players required per age group, with a maximum of 32 contestants. Each contestant will be provided a pair of Nintendo Joy-Con controllers when it is their turn to play. Time Limit will vary depending on the number of contestants, with a minimum of 5 minutes. Battles will consist of groups of up to 4 at a time, with winners continuing on. Actual number of battles total will depend on the number of participants.
