Thank Goodness It’s Friday, amirite?
Every Friday during SourFest, we’ll be showcasing an amazing brewery that makes great beer in general, but particularly sours. This Friday, we're featuring one of our new favorite breweries, Urban Artifact from Cincinnati, Ohio. These guys are focused on perfecting what they call "Midwestern Tart Ales." These are fruit-forward ales that accentuate the tartness of the fruit while keeping the final product balanced and refreshing.
We'll be tapping Keypunch, their gose with both key lime juice and key lime zest added for the perfect summer crusher. Also, if you're wanting to take a trip down memory lane to the Cretaceous Period, we'll also have a super limited amount of specialty rare Dino-series bottles available for sale. Beipiaosaurus is a blend of wild cultures aged on black currants on neutral oak barrels; Pachycephalosaurus is a blend of wild cultures aged on marionberries in neutral oak barrels. À La Cart will be the only place in the Sunshine State that you'll be able to find these rare specimens.
Covid Update: We offer all products, both food and drink, to-go. Beer can be ordered in person, calling in, or on our online ordering system (click Craft Beer link for updated inventory and link to order).
